#Throwback Thursday: Donatos!
 
Hansen came to work with this beloved restaurant chain in the early 2000’s creating an onboarding, orientation, and training program for store managers that took candidates through the first 12 weeks of employment to give them the guidance they needed to succeed in their careers.
 
As designers, we created a welcome kit that came in a pizza box containing Coupons that allowed the new manager to experience the 3Ds of Donatos experience (Delivery, Dine In, and Drive Up) as well as HR paperwork, training videos, mission and values statements, etc. that was then delivered by a Donatos delivery employee. Through this process, we learned the ins and outs of creating a great training program and were truly excited every step of the way as we crafted this dynamic project.
